Depending on where the land is located and whether or not we can go look at it by ourselves or if a appointment is needed, we can usually get an offer to you either the same day or within 24 hours. If we need to set an appointment with you or your representative to view the property, then obviously everything will depend on when that occurs. Our goal on ALL offers is to have them made within 24 hours, unless we are on vacation for a few days.

NO, we can schedule a viewing much quicker and easier alone. We understand how to find land, read maps, etc so usually the land will be self explanatory. That being said, you are ALWAYS welcome to meet with us or have your representative or family member meet with us but the quicker we can look at your property, the quicker we can make an offer. We know North Carolina rural land very well and there are many tracts that will not require a visit at all.

Every piece is different and we will need to look at it but they do not need to be present.

Once we have you a written contract (24-48 hours typically from first contact), we can then generally close within ten days to several weeks. Alot depends on the closing attorney’s schedule but we can usually move closing along pretty quickly. We RARELY take longer than two to four weeks to close and usually then that is due to an unforseen title issue that takes longer for the attorney to research.

NO. We pay all closing costs. There are no real estate agent fees or commissions. When we make you an offer, you get 100% of that offer at closing. If we make an offer of $100,000 then you walk away at closing with a check for $100,000.
