How long does it take to get a fast cash offer for my property?

If we need to set an appointment with you or your representative to view the property, then obviously everything will depend on when that occurs. Do I need to be present for you to look at my land?
NO, we can schedule a viewing much quicker and easier alone. We understand how to find land, read maps, etc so usually the land will be self explanatory. That being said, you are ALWAYS welcome to meet with us or have your representative or family member meet with us but the quicker we can look at your property, the quicker we can make an offer.
